1. Enable screenshots from iPhone
There are two solutions to enable Apple Watch screenshots. The first is to go through the Watch application installed on your iPhone.
To do this, open the application, then in the My Watch tab, enter the General menu. Scroll down the list of options to find the Enable Screenshots option.

2. Enable screenshots from the Watch
It is also possible to activate screenshots directly from the Apple Watch. To do this, open the Settings app on your watch and enter the General menu. Then go to the Screenshots section to find the option to Enable screenshots.

3. Take a screenshot of your Watch
Now that the option is activated on your watch, you can take screenshots of what it displays at any time. To do this, simultaneously press the digital crown and the side button of the Watch.

The Apple Watch screenshots are then automatically saved to your iPhone’s camera roll in PNG format.
