Enjoy the package of free TV channels from your Internet service provider directly on your PC.
The offers of the main Internet service providers include in most cases a bouquet of free TV channels. Consultable from the Box TV provided by the operator, from the ISP’s application on smart TVs and multimedia boxes, or from mobile applications on smartphones and tablets, these channels can also be viewed from any computer in the House.
But each of the ISPs offers its own solution, more or less practical, to allow its subscribers to watch TV from their computer. Whether you subscribe to Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom or Free, here is how to proceed to watch the TV package from your ISP on your computer.
Orange

Orange subscribers can watch Orange TV live from their web browser. The operator indeed offers a dedicated page on which all you have to do is log in using your credentials to take advantage of all the channels in the package included in your subscription on your PC or Mac.
- Watch Orange TV from your computer (Free)
SFR

The operator at Carré Rouge offers a solution similar to that of Orange, namely a dedicated page on which subscribers only have to log in to watch live all the channels included in their offer from their web browser. PC but also on macOS. You can also watch programs on demand, access Replay, or view the TV program.
- Watch SFR TV from your computer (Free)
Bouygues Telecom

While Orange and SFR allow their subscribers to watch TV directly from the Web browser on Windows and macOS, Bouygues Telecom deprives Mac users of TV on their machine.
The solution chosen by the operator does not go through the Web browser, but through a dedicated application, available only on Windows and downloadable from the Windows Store.
The application offers direct access, integrates a TV program, and allows access to Replay, to consult podcasts or to listen to the radio.

Free
Watching TV on your PC has been possible for a very long time at Free. The function, known under the name of Multipost, can be configured on Windows as well as on macOS or Linux.
For this, you will need to use the VLC media player. In addition, you will need to be at home and connected to the Internet on the Free network.
1. Download VLC
Start by downloading and installing VLC on your machine. VideoLAN’s free open source media player is capable of playing network streams and IPTV playlists. If this solution requires a small configuration, it has the advantage of being available on all OS.
- Download 32-bit VLC for Windows (Free)
- Download 64-bit VLC for Windows (Free)
- Download VLC for macOS (Free)
- Download VLC for Linux (Free)
2. Start playing the Free tv stream
Open VLC, click on the Media menu, and choose Open Network Stream (or directly use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N).

In the Open Media window that appears, copy and paste the link http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u in the Enter a network URL field and validate by clicking on Read.

Wait a moment, the first channel in the playlist should start playing.
3. Go to the playlist
If it is possible to scroll through the channels (and their variants, standard, HD, low bitrate, etc.) using the navigation buttons in VLC, it is clear that this is not very convenient. You will be able to switch channels more easily by viewing the entire playlist.

To do this, in VLC, click on the View menu, then on Playlist (or directly use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + L).

You just have to double-click on the channel of your choice to start playing it in the media player.
