Hurtan Grand Albaycin with steel folding roof

At the beginning of this year, the stubborn Spanish Hurtan came up with a new Grand Albaycin. That thoroughly renovated Mazda MX-5 would also get a little brother with a steel folding roof, The first photos of that version are now available.

Hurtan is a Spanish company that has been supplying various models of other brands with almost Mitsuoka-like carriages for years. The Grand Albaycin was presented at the beginning of this year and, like the other models from Hurtan, has a colorful appearance to say the least. The classic looking convertible shares its basis with the current generation Mazda MX-5. Just like the MX-5, the Grand Albaycin is available with a cloth day, but also with a steel folding day such as the MX-5 RF. The Grand Albaycin with its steel folding roof has now been photographed.

The Hurtan Grand Albaycin Taga, with a steel folding roof, makes its debut as a special Bespoke version. On the outside, the Grand Albaycin Targa on the roof hardly differs from the version with the fabric roof. The Bespoke flavor is characterized, among other things, with a different grille and special light metal. Both the Grand Albaycin and Grand Alybaycin Targa are available with the 132 hp 1.5 and the 184 hp 2.0 of the MX-5. The Grand Albaycin Bespokes will soon only be delivered with the most powerful of those two petrol engines. The international starting price of the Grand Albaycin with fabric cover is € 59,000. That amount is for the 132 hp variant. Do you prefer the Cabrio with the more powerful 2.0? Then you will have lost at least € 63,200. For the Grand Albaycín Bespoke, you pay € 72,000 and € 76,200 successively for the 132 hp and 184 hp versions.
