Pagani recently presented the Utopia, a new hypercar that will succeed the Huayra. With a small-scale manufacturer, the predecessor has not disappeared in one fell swoop, as this hyper-exclusive Huayra Roadster proves.
The Pagani Utopia can best be described as a design-technical mix of the Zonda and the Huayra, the two model lines that Pagani has carried until now. Just as the Zonda series continued long after the Huayra was already there, the same could also apply to the Huayra. The Roadster in question is called Pagani Huayra Dinamica Evo in full. The name ‘Roadster’ does not appear anywhere, but given the absence of the roof, we believe that it is such a Huayra. The one-off – there will only be one – was built by Pagani Grandi Complicazion, the department that deals with this kind of special projects. Yes: in the world of Pagani there is still a category of people who do not wish to associate themselves with the regular products.
Although the Huayra Dinamica Evo gets its own name and even a separate nameplate, Pagani only shares it with the world via social media channels. Not surprising, because we can’t buy it (for more than one reason). Given the large rear spoiler and huge diffuser, the Huayra Roadster BC seems to have been the starting point here. Count on a minimum of 803 hp, but it could just be much more. We see a lot of carbon, in black and deep dark red, golden yellow accents, seats with the Italian tricolor and fantastic wheels.
What else do we know about the Huayra? Well, that it goes to a North American client. The side markers and license plate holder give that away, so the chance that you will encounter it in Europe is even less than you thought.
