First interior photos of new model
Hyundai i20
We already know what the new Hyundai i20 looks like on the outside, but now the brand is also releasing the first interior photos. Large screens and a sleek design define the new dashboard.
Hyundai opens the doors of the new i20. Inside there is a completely new dashboard, which is placed higher and at the same time has to give a spacious feeling. The design, with the continuous slats in the width, contributes to this. In the most extensive version, the new i20 has two 10.25-inch screens. One replaces the instrument panel, the other is located at the top of the center console and displays all other functions. The new i20 is available with several new options, including a cordless phone charger and Bose audio system.
The interior comes in three color themes. Depending on the exterior color chosen, Hyundai supplies the i20 with a completely black interior, or with green or gray accents. The brand promises that there is more room to move for all passengers, although the car has only marginally larger outer dimensions. In width there are the most extra centimeters (3), the wheelbase has increased by 1 centimeter. The trunk has grown by 25 liters to 351 liters.
If everything goes according to plan, which is of course difficult to say at this time, the new i20 will come to the Netherlands in the summer. Prices are not yet known.
