That is definitely a myth. They can perfectly have a healthy child together. The blood group will not determine the health of the child, otherwise some “unhealthy” blood groups would have disappeared through natural selection.

I don’t know where you heard that, but such a question has already been asked. That story seems to be doing the rounds.
