Meet the first car from the Italian start-up Aehra. The company unveils an electric SUV loaded with visual drama with a range of more than 800 kilometers.
Start-ups try to increase their raison d’être by distinguishing themselves from other companies. The Milan-based Aehra does this mainly in terms of design, because the first car of the company is quite strikingly designed. We meet a sleek electric SUV-like with a steeply sloping roofline. The colossus has an aggressive-looking front, a sleek rear and… two gull-wing doors and two butterfly doors!

Yes, the rear doors of Aehra’s electric SUV swing upwards in the same way as the doors of the 300 SL, for example. The front doors open diagonally forwards and upwards as you know from Lamborghini cars. The approximately 5.1 meter long electric SUV has a wheelbase of 3 meters and should deliver about 750 to 815 hp. Aehra speaks of a top speed of more than 265 km/h and a range of more than 800 kilometers. The Italians undoubtedly need a large battery pack for that. Aehra also states a car weight that is under 2,000 kilos.
Are you charmed by Aehra’s firstborn? Then make sure you bring at least about €160,000 to €180,000 to Milan. Aehra wants to sell its electrical goods in various markets from 2025. Where exactly is not yet known.
