Apple’s OS has an automatic PDF creation function to store web pages for example to access them offline.
If you want to save the contents of a web page to keep it or watch it later, even without an internet connection, iOS has a save function in PDF format. To use it:
- Go to the very bottom of the web page that interests you and tap on the transfer icon. The window that appears allows you to save the PDF in the iBooks app, but also in another folder. To do this, move your finger to the left and tap on the icon. Create PDF, then click the Continue button.

- You can then save the PDF directly by tapping OK at the top of the screen, but also annotate it by tapping on the pen icon at the top right. You then have a drawing tools palette at the bottom of the screen to add whatever you want before saving the PDF.

- After tapping OK, tap Save file to then select a storage folder on iCloud, or even on your device if a folder is available after installing an app, for example Pages (it is not possible to create a folder manually locally).

- Click on Add to register. The PDF can then be accessed using the Files app, located on the home screen (optionally swipe left to access it).
