Answer
Dear Frank,
I must say I don’t fully understand the context of your question. It is also difficult to say whether something is healthy or not. If you eat a kilo of honey every day, it will no longer be so healthy. A spoonful of honey, on the other hand, is certainly not unhealthy in my opinion. I normally eat honey every day (even more than a spoon) and if I can believe my wife I still look picobello! No seriously. If you look at the possible risks of eating honey, you will end up with possible residues of antibiotics and possibly even pesticides. Also, the use of honey in very young children is not recommended because of a possible risk of botulism. However, this does not mean that these harmful substances are present in every honey, on the contrary itself! They will be found in some honey samples, rather exceptional itself I think and therefore not in a systematic way.
I hope I helped you with this, otherwise maybe you should situate the question a little better.
In the meantime, enjoy the honey: it is such a delicious product!
