Jaguar may be brooding on new supercar

Jaguar may be working on a new supercar. This can be concluded from a number of digital sketches that the trademark has submitted to the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union. The still unknown super-Jag evokes memories of the past.

The digital drawings of the super sports car appeared on a forum. The person who posted the images reports that the design was already submitted to the intellectual property department of the European Union in September last year. Only in March this year, Jaguar also submitted the design in China. Official details have not yet been released, Jaguar also did not want to respond to Techzle on the ‘speculations’ about a future sporty flagship.

The design shown in the drawings is very reminiscent of the C-X75 Concept. However, there is also a hint of XJ220, especially when you consider the silhouette, the rear and the apparently glass roof. Jaguar has been breeding for some time now revival of the XJ220. For a moment it seemed that the C-X75 unveiled in 2010 would go into production, but the brand decided to cancel those plans at the time due to the economic crisis. Perhaps Jaguar has now decided to do so.
