Since the body lacks important nutrients and proteins with this type of fasting, doctors advise not to practice the juice cleanse for too long. Weekends, when you can relax a little, are particularly good for this.

During a juice cleanse, the sessions are distributed throughout the day two liters of freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice drunk, to that two to three liters of water or diluted juices to meet increased fluid needs.
