Kia also in the sea with Uber in Europe

After sister brand Hyundai, Kia is now also working with taxi service supplier Uber in Europe. The goal is again to electrify the fleet quickly.

It is of course not very surprising, because Kia and Hyundai are two hands on one stomach. Hyundai previously announced that it will enter into a partnership with Uber in Europe, so now it is Kia’s turn.

According to Kia, the partnership with that well-known ride provider mainly means that it becomes a lot more attractive for Uber drivers to get into an EV. For example, an e-Niro or e-Soul can be purchased or leased for them at attractive conditions. According to Kia, European inner cities will become cleaner and quieter at an accelerated pace.

To convince Uber drivers, Kia will also offer extensive test drives. Uber has the ambition to have fully electric traffic through traffic in at least major cities by 2030, so this collaboration is very welcome for the company.
