If all goes well, you can put the 64-bit version of Linux Mint on a bootable USB stick. You still need the Mintstick tool for that, which you can find here: github.com/linuxmint/mintstick. Then boot and try… By the way, here you will find the Workshop Getting started with Linux Mint.
