LiveWire S2 Mulholland recall: high-voltage fuse may blow

On June 11, 2024, LiveWire was notified of an S2 Mulholland that had apparently experienced a sudden loss of propulsion. The Technical Subcommittee (TSC) launched an investigation. A review of warranty and maintenance records revealed two additional reports of loss of power that appeared to be related.

The investigation showed that the high-voltage fuse could blow under certain driving conditions, resulting in a loss of drive. Blowing the high-voltage fuse does not affect other electrical functions (ABS, lights, turn signals, etc.).

At the LiveWire dealer, the high-voltage fuse will be replaced with a heavier one with a higher current.
