Plug in, but not in the Netherlands

The marketing department of the Chinese Lynk & Co is already warming up for the arrival of the 07, a brand new plug-in hybrid sedan, which AutoWeek can already show you before its official unveiling.
In January, Lynk & Co released the first images of the 07 into the world. The Lynk & Co 07 – which has so far only been shown in a sleek sticker sheet – will be a plug-in hybrid sedan designed entirely in accordance with the brand’s new corporate identity. We found the first images of the car without camouflage work in the database of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. We also have the first information about the car.
The Lynk & Co 07 is 4.83 meters long, 1.9 meters wide and 1.48 meters low. There is a distance of 2.84 meters between the front and rear axle. The car weighs more than 1,900 kilos and has a blown 1.5 four-cylinder and one or more electric motors. After all, it is a plug-in hybrid. We don’t yet know how powerful it is and how far it can go on a full battery.
The Lynk & Co 07 is designed according to the brand’s new design language. The 08 and the facelifted 06 were previously covered with the new corporate identity. Will the 07 be launched in the Netherlands? Who knows. For the time being, we expect that this will not happen. The first new model that Lynk & Co brings to the Netherlands will be a fully electric car.
