Make your own unique stamps

Create your own unique stamp from your smartphone or PC:

• Go to this page from Postnl.
• Choose how many and what kind of stamps you want. We choose Personal Stamp Netherlands (10 pieces at €11.75), but you can also make a roll of stamps or stamps for international mail.
• click on Upload a photo.
  • If you are using the smartphone, please provide access to the photos on the device if requested.
  • Tap on photo library (iOS) or on My files > Pictures (Android).
• Scroll to the desired image and click or tap it. Tip: a portrait image fits best.
• Click or tap Ready.

The image is automatically cropped. Use the buttons below the stamp to adjust the image. You can also drag the photo to the left or right to change the crop.

• Did you accidentally load the wrong image? Then click or tap Delete and click or tap again Upload a photo.
• Rotate the image slightly with the knob Play. A slider will appear. Move the slider to the left or right. Satisfied? Then click or tap Finished.
• Rigorous turning can be done with a click or tap of a button Rotate 90.
• Click or tap Zoom to zoom in or out on the image. Move the slider left or right and click or tap Finished.
• Click or tap the tab Text or Edit text to add a short message. Note: The text can only be on one line.
• A bar appears below the buttons with ‘Text on stamp’ in it. Click or tap this and type some text.

  

• Change the text color with a click or tap Colour > the desired color > Finished.
• Click or tap Rotate 90 to rotate the text.
• Make the text larger or smaller with the button Size and move the slider left or right. Click or tap Finished.
• The text will automatically appear in the center of the image. If necessary, place your finger or mouse pointer on the text in the image and drag it to a different place.
• Click or tap Reset to delete the text.
• Click or tap Save & Continue if you are satisfied.

• Choose the type of stamp under ‘Preferences’. Those who prefer not to lick stamps click or tap Self adhesive.
• Click or tap under ‘Tools’ on the bar that says ‘Maximum 60 characters’ and type some text. This text appears on the edge of the sheet. Handy as a reminder for what you wanted to use the stamps for. You can also leave the field blank.
• Click or tap Save & Continue.
• You automatically order one sheet. Under ‘Quantity’, click or tap 1 and enter a different number if necessary.
• Click or tap In the shopping cart.

The only thing left to do is checkout:

• Scroll or swipe to the top of the page.
• Click or tap the shopping cart icon with a number.
  • If you are using the computer, click on Check shopping cart.
• Click or tap Continue ordering.
• Click or tap under the orange ‘Login’ button Order without login.
• Fill in the requested information and tap Place order.
• You pay via iDEAL. Go through the steps. Read more about paying via iDEAL in the article ‘iDEAL’.

If the payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you have entered.
