Mercedes-AMG GT 43 almost a ton less expensive than 63 SE Performance

Four-cylinder engine saves a lot of money

Mercedes-AMG GT 43 almost a ton less expensive than 63 SE Performance

The Mercedes-AMG GT 43 Coupé is in the price lists. It turns out: it is almost a hundred thousand less expensive than the next version. It should be noted that this is a version with little color.

The strongest Mercedes-AMG GT Coupé, the plug-in hybrid 63 SE Performance, is now on the price list and is available from €262,414. This means it costs about €13,000 less than the 55 and even more than €35,000 less than the 63 without a plug. It owes this to its much lower emissions on paper, because it is partly electrically powered. A good deal here in the Netherlands, but it is nowhere near as ‘cheap’ as the entry-level, the 421 hp Mercedes-AMG GT 43.

It can now also be ordered and is available from €173,046. So almost a grand less expensive. There is a small caveat, because for that money you can get it as a Night Edition, just like the SL 43. That is a standard Obsidian black painted version with black accents, 20-inch black-silver wheels and extra dark tinted glass. The regular AMG GT 43 Coupé is available from €187,082.
