Surprisingly different

In 2019, Aston Martin proclaimed it would introduce no less than three different mid-engined supercars, but four years later, only the crazy Valkyrie made it to production. And it won’t be three at all, as we now know, because the ‘Vanquish Vision’ will not come to fruition.
British journalists from Autocar spoke to Aston Martin boss Lawrence Stroll during the Grand Prix weekend in Monaco and thus concluded that the Aston Martin Vanquish Vision concept from 2019 will not be continued. As an ‘entry-level supercar’ of the brand, the car was supposed to offer competition to hybrids such as the Ferrari 296 GTB and McLaren Artura, but Aston Martin now chooses to leave that alone. The Aston Martin Valhalla, a mid-engine supercar positioned above it with more than 1,000 hp, is still on the schedule. That car uses a hybrid version of the well-known 4.0 V8 from AMG and has a recipe similar to the Ferrari SF90 with two electric motors on the front axle.
The Valhalla will initially only be available as a coupé in an edition of 999 copies, Stroll has now announced, but he has not yet revealed a final production version – or a date for the market introduction. The Aston Martin Valkyrie, the brand’s first mid-engine production car ever, has now seen the light of day. The first copies of the hyper exotic were registered this year, about seven years (!) after the unveiling of the concept.

You will never see this ass in real life.
