A Superveloce, but then topped with an AGO sauce and released in a limited edition with an exclusive price tag, that is in a nutshell the Superveloce AGO announced by MV Agusta, which will be unveiled next Saturday at the circuit of Misano. And not only that, the racing legend will also take it to the track.

A historic parade lap that will be, what say yourself: how often does it happen that someone on a motorcycle named after himself is allowed to ride a parade lap during a MotoGP event?

Giacomo Agostini will be joined on the Superveloce AGO named after him on that parade lap by Simone Corsi, MV Agusta Forward Racing Moto2 rider, on his F2 which will have the same livery as Ago’s.

In fact, both Moto2 MV Agustas will feature the same color scheme this coming weekend as a tribute to Giacomo’s racing heritage and the new Superveloce.

The Superveloce AGO will be produced in a limited run of 311 units, one for each of Agostini’s career victories, with the first 15 dedicated to his World Championships, a record that still stands undefeated.

All details of the Superveloce AGO will be officially revealed on Saturday.
