My iron binding capacity has been too low for a long time (244, previous study 218) and my Ferritin has been too high for a long time (232previous study 269), this has been the case for almost two years now. is this related? I’ve also been very tired lately.

Indeed, these facts may be related. The best thing to do is to consult a blood specialist (haematologist) to determine the cause of the high ferritin / low iron binding capacity.
