New on Netflix: June 2020

Netflix makes a slew of new series and films available every day. On iPhone we look ahead every month at the new offer with the best tips. These are often new series and films, but also old favorites that appear on Netflix.

1. Queer Eye (season 5)

The guys from Queer Eye are back to help out a group of new ‘heroes’. This season will have a whopping ten episodes, as opposed to the eight episodes of the previous seasons. The episodes were filmed in Philadelphia, this time with a priest as one of the heroes.

2. About Water (season 1)

In this Belgian series you follow fallen superstar John Beckers, who tries to pick up his life again. He will work in his father-in-law’s port company in Antwerp. That world is very different from the glamor of television. The second season of the series has already been broadcast in Belgium, but now you can enjoy the first season in the Netherlands.

Airing on Netflix from 5 June.

3. Dark (season 3)

The complicated German series Dark comes to an end with a final season. It seems to be more exciting than ever, with new dimensions, time travel and more.

Airing on Netflix from 27 June.

4. Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga

This film follows two singers who will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. Now that the real competition has been canceled this year, this is the way to get some of the craziness.

5.13 Reasons Why (season 4)

Should 13 Reasons Why have stopped after the first or else the second season? Absolutely. Still, the series just kept going. Until now, because we can finally say goodbye to these characters. But not before a whole lot of secrets are uncovered.
