New SsangYong Rexton on the price list

SsangYong has quietly put the thoroughly facelifted Rexton on the Dutch price lists last year. The renewed Rexton is currently only available as a company car, but SsangYong is aiming for the regular version with seven seats – and therefore not with a gray license plate – to be available later this year.

Techzle was able to show the first images of the radically renewed SsangYong Rexton in October 2019. A month later, the updated version of the SsangYong Rexton, which was released in 2017, was officially presented. What seems? The car is on the Dutch price lists, although it only concerns versions with a gray license plate. These commercial vehicle versions of the Rexton have no rear seats, but they do have a sea of interior space.

SsangYong Rexton

SsangYong asks € 32,636 for the updated Rexton. For that amount you drive the Crystal version. Four-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission are standard on all versions. The middle of the three versions in which SsangYong supplies the Rexton is the € 37,182 costing Quartz. The most expensive version is the Sapphire, a variant of which SsangYong is priced € 41,314 has hung on. Regardless of the version chosen, there is a 202 hp and 441 Nm strong 2.2 e-CDi220 diesel engine under the hood, a machine with which the Rexton can even pull up to 3,500 kilos.

As mentioned, these are the prices of the Rexton as a company car, so the prices are exclusive of bpm and VAT. SsangYong says it is also putting the regular seven-person version on the price list of the new Rexton this year. Logically, the prices of those versions will soon be higher.
