Techart is working on a new GTstreet R based on the Porsche 992 Turbo (S). Our spy photographer caught the spoiled extremist, who is most likely getting around 800 horsepower under the hood.
The GTstreet R is a well-known recipe from Techart. In fact, it boils down to a cross between a 911 Turbo and a GT3 RS. The GT2 RS normally also fulfills that role more or less, of course, but the Techart version has four-wheel drive and even more power. The front bumper and side skirts of the car in the photos resemble those of the tuning package that Techart already has for the 911 Turbo and Turbo S. The fenders are wider and there are now slats above the front fenders.
At the rear, the differences with the current tuning package from Techart are more noticeable. There is a pretty radical diffuser and a large adjustable rear spoiler. The inner part of the spoiler is higher in one photo than the other. The exhausts are remarkably small, where it almost seems as if they are equipped with an extra silencer. In contrast to the previous GTstreet R, the new model only has room for two tailpipes. Also striking: the partially sealed wheels, which in a slightly different shape were also found on the previous GTstreet RS.

The power of the new GTstreet R is as yet unknown, but Techart’s current tuning package is already good for 710 hp and 900 Nm. Since the GTstreet RS mentioned earlier delivered 770 hp, it is obvious that they are now moving further towards 800 hp. The interior of this prototype was not addressed, according to the spy photographer, but most likely that will be the case at the final unveiling.
