Nissan Max Out Concept

Electric cars come in various shapes and sizes, but we hardly know electric convertibles. Nissan comes with the Max-Out Concept, a wattle of an electric two-seater with more than a handful of striking design details.

At the end of 2021, Nissan conjured up not one, not two, not three, but four study models from the top hat in one smooth movement. Each of them had a name with ‘Out’ in it. We were introduced to the Chill-Out, the Hang-Out, the Surf-Out and the Max-Out. They all only existed in digital form, but now Nissan has actually built the Max-Out Concept. If the design sounded familiar to you, now you know why.

The wheels of the tangible Nissan Max-Out Concept are different from those of its digital predecessor. They have a striking 3D pattern and exude quite an 80’s vibe. Furthermore, the interior is slightly different. The steering wheel is now on the left instead of the right and the panel that runs almost the entire width of the interior has now actually been filled in.

Again, Nissan does not release technical data of the powertrain, which again seems to be mainly a design study. Whether Nissan will actually build the Max-Out? We don’t expect it, but hope so.
