Smart home products are on the rise, and in addition to smart displays such as the Nest Hub series from Google, there are also smart clocks that want to conquer a place on your bedside table. The Lenovo Smart Clock 2 has a 4-inch color touchscreen and it comes with an improved speaker setup compared to the previous generation.
A handy feature of the clock is the USB-a port on the back that allows it to serve as a charger for your phone. New to the Smart Clock 2 are the POGO pins that sit at the bottom of its base. It can thus serve as a wireless charger in combination with a qi charging pad.
The Lenovo Smart Clock 2 also has a built-in LED light, so it also serves as a night light. Furthermore, there are also physical volume buttons on the top of the clock, and with a switch on the back you can electronically turn off the Google Assistant’s microphones. Those who use the Google Photos app can have their albums displayed on the screen of the Lenovo Smart Clock 2.
