Did you know that the Reminders app has a hidden feature to achieve a Kanban-like view? It can thus replace a task management tool such as Trello, at least for reduced and personal use.
So-called “Kanban” boards make it possible to optimize the monitoring of a project. Rather than a list of tasks, which is often disorganized, we use several columns which represent the progress of a project. Most often, we define a column named “to do”, a second “in progress” and a last “Finished”. Each task that makes up the project is represented in the form of a card, which is moved from column to column as progress progresses. Some online software specializes in this method of project management, such as the Trello utility. Having recently announced new limitations, could this hidden Apple feature allow a circumvention?
