With its 650 hp 3.8 six-cylinder, the Porsche 911 Turbo S is the absolute speed king of the 911 family. Imagine the extent to which a 900 hp Porsche 911 reduces the asphalt to grit.
The Porsche 911 is already available in countless types and flavors. The 911 GT3 and its superlative RS version are by far the most dynamic of the bunch, but when it comes to pure straight-line speed, the 650bhp Porsche 911 Turbo S reigns supreme. In just 2.7 seconds, the car accelerates from a standstill to a speed of 100 km/h. Brabus – mainly known as a company that gives AMG models from Mercedes-Benz huge power injections – sees room for more. It already came up with an 820 hp variant of the Porsche 911 and is now going one step further. This is the Brabus 900 Rocket R: a variant limited to 25 pieces with a downright insane 900 hp and 1,000 Nm of turbo power.
Porsche 911
Just like the 911 Turbo S, the Brabus Rocket R has a blown 3.8 six-cylinder boxer engine with two turbos, although the snail shells on this Brabus version are completely new ones that significantly increase the power together with a completely new exhaust system and a completely rewritten engine management system. With its 900 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque, the Brabus Rocket R pounds from a standstill to a speed of 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. In just 7.2 seconds you whiz over the asphalt with a loud turbo whistle at 200 km / h. The top speed is electronically limited to 340 km/h, according to Brabus to protect the tires. Of course, the Brabus Rocket R is also packed with aerodynamic extras. The body kit also makes the 911 a lot wider. Striking are the special Monoblock P wheels on which Brabus SportContact 7 tires from Continental have been folded.
