Porsche hoists the Cayenne in a special Platinum Edition packaging. No matter how much the Cayenne Platinum Edition is presented with a set of dark plates in an equally dark color scheme, the SUV is really also available in other colors.
Every so often, Porsche pushes a new Platinum Edition forward. This time it is the Cayenne that gets such a special version. The Cayenne in Platinum Edition trim differs from the regular Cayennes on a level of detail, but there are plenty of details.
From the outside you can recognize the Cayenne Platinum Edition by the ‘satin platinum’ slats of the air intakes in the front bumper. The Porsche logo on the back, the model designation and the 21-inch RS Spyder wheels are also finished in this color. For contrast, the window frames and exhaust tailpipes are finished in black. Porsche also supplies the Platinum Edition in various other colours, including White, Carrera White, Mahogany, Moonlight Blue and Chalk.

Porsche finishes the interior of the Cayenne Platinum Edition with gray belts, brushed aluminum door sill guards, a range of Platinum Edition logos and additional brushed aluminum trim and other silver accents. Standard equipment includes headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System, a panoramic glass roof, privacy glass, an extensive Bose audio system, mood lighting, eight-way electrically adjustable and leather-trimmed sports seats with Porsche Crests on the headrests and an analog clock in the dashboard .
Prices are not there yet. We do know that the Platinum Edition can be combined with the basic Cayenne and with the E-Hybrid and S versions. This applies to both the regular Cayenne and the Cayenne Coupé.
