One of the biggest risk factors for a weak immune system is stress. Permanent stress in particular causes the number of immune cells in the blood to drop, the killer cells to shut down their activity and so-called T-lymphocytes to divide more slowly. As a result, you get sick quicker and recover slower.

The following tips will help you reduce your stress level and thus prevent colds:
