Prices Hyundai Bayon announced

Hyundai has announced the first prices of the Bayon. The Hyundai Bayon is available from € 21,695.

Hyundai presented the Bayon earlier this year. A compact crossover that finds its place in the range next to the car with which it shares its base: the new i20. The eccentric-lined 4.18 meter long Bayon is now available to order and the price list starts at € 21,695 for the Bayon with a 100 hp mild-hybrid 1.0 T-GDI, which is always linked to a manual iMT six-speed gearbox. This is a gearbox that automatically disengages when throttle is released. With that powertrain, the Bayon accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 10.7 seconds with solid poking. The top speed is 183 km / h.

One step higher in the range is the 120 hp 1.0 T-GDI, also a mild hybrid power source. You have it from € 25,795. Those who choose this always have the seven-speed DCT automatic transmission on board. This makes the Bayon slightly faster: 0-100 km / h is over in 10.4 seconds and the top speed is 185 km / h. Also, the Bayon with that power source is standard a bit better in its stuff, because the i-Motion version of the entry-level version skips Hyundai in that case and it starts directly with the Comfort.

Versions

The Hyundai Bayon has standard features such as cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, a DAB + radio, emergency brake assistant, suspicion recognition, active lane keeping assistant and high beam assistant. With the Comfort version you get things like 16-inch alloy wheels, the 8-inch infotainment screen with support for Android Auto and Apple Carplay, a 10.25-inch digital instrumentation. electrically adjustable and foldable exterior mirrors, wireless charging option for smartphones. The Comfort Smart goes a step further with a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and navigation.

The top version is the aptly named Premium. In that case, the Bayon also has things like automatic air conditioning, a Bose sound system, keyless entry, privacy glass, heated front seats and heated steering wheel. You also have assistance systems such as an autonomous lane assistant, Parking Collision Avoidance and Blind Spot Collision Avoidance on board. Those who opt for the Premium Sky version will also receive a sliding / tilting roof.
