Firefox Focus is the new privacy-friendly browser for mobile phones and tablets. The internet program blocks files that allow third parties to track your online behavior.
Mobile surfing without trackers
Firefox Focus is a modified version of the well-known Firefox browser. The app focuses on blocking unwanted trackers. These are files that advertisers use to track someone’s internet behavior in order to place appropriate advertisements. The browser automatically blocks many of these trackers.
By removing trackers and ads, web pages ask for less data and load faster. Clearing history and saved passwords and the like is also very easy. At the top right of the screen is the ‘Delete’ button. Tapping on that will erase all saved data.
Firefox Focus is free to download in the Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iPhones and iPads.
