Electric model changes for model year 2022

Peugeot gives the models e-208 and e-2008 a small update. This results in an increased range of both electric cars.
Peugeot is making some adjustments, with which the electric models e-208 and e-2008 get a larger range. The WLTP range of the hatchback e-208 was initially 340 km, by model year 2022 that will be 362 km. The WLTP range of the e-2008 grows from 310 to 345 km.
More important than just the number of kilometers increased is that, according to Peugeot, the extra range is especially noticeable in city use when temperatures are around 0 degrees Celsius. That’s good news for winter driving.
Peugeot has installed a new heat pump for these results, which is more energy-efficient for heating and air-conditioning the cabin air. The transmission received new shift points. Furthermore, the 16-inch tires of the e-208 and the 17-inch tires of the e-2008 now have a lower rolling resistance.
