MG ZS EV with 70 kWh and 440 kilometers

The original MG ZS EV is not in our list of the longest range electric cars. When he came to the Netherlands in 2019, we had only just started. According to the brochure, you could travel 263 kilometers with a full battery of 44.5 kWh.

Now the electric SUV gets two battery variants. The 70 kWh Long Range battery is available immediately from market launch and has an official range of 440 km. To ensure that it is fully charged again after a night on the charger, the Long Range version is equipped with an 11 kW 3-phase on-board charger as standard.

Later, the Standard Range battery version with 50.3 kWh and 320 kilometers on the market. If you wait for that, you will be 4000 euros cheaper.

MG clearly focuses on lease drivers and communicates the tax values ​​of both battery versions: 30,990 euros for the MG ZS EV Standard Range (50.3 kWh) and 34,990 euros for the Long Range battery with 70 kWh. Consumers with a savings account are expected to add about 1000 euros.

The renewed MG ZS EV will be available at the MG dealer in mid-November.
