More for less

Earlier this year, Volkswagen’s smallest crossover returned from an intervention on the Wolfsburg cutting table. It is now known what the minimum price will be for the facelifted Volkswagen T-Cross in the Netherlands. It turns out: less than before.
Until recently, the Volkswagen T-Cross changed owners from €30,540. For that money you got the T-Cross with a 95 hp 1.0 TSI and a manual gearbox, available as an unnamed basic version. The updated Volkswagen T-Cross is also available with this powertrain, but the refreshed variant costs slightly less than before at €29,990. Definitely not common.
The basic version now has digital instruments as standard and also offers the Radio Composition multimedia system with 6.3-inch display, air conditioning, rear parking sensors and items such as Lane Assist and Front Assist. LED lighting all around is now also part of the basic equipment. So you get more for less.
Volkswagen T-Cross: softer materials and new infotainment.
For more indulgence, Volkswagen already has the sportier-looking and more richly equipped R-Line version ready. The T-Cross R-Line has 18-inch alloy wheels, ‘sport comfort seats’, more extensive parking assistance and dual-zone climate control. The Volkswagen T-Cross R-Line can currently only be ordered with the 115 hp variant of the 1.0 TSI and costs €38,390.
It does not stop at just two versions. The Life and R-Line Business versions will follow later. The T-Cross will also soon be available with a 150 hp 1.5 TSI, which is always linked to a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission.
