They are real brain teasers where you have to come to a solution through logical thinking. To help you with this, Blackbox gives subtle hints.
What’s special is that you don’t have to touch the screen during a puzzle. Rotate or tilt the device to find the solution. This is done, for example, by making objects visible with the right movements.
A nice side effect is that all kinds of (visual) jokes are hidden in the app. For example, the hint “Think outside the box” is mirrored and the maker acknowledges that Blackbox quickly generates frustration. That is not a lie, because the solution sometimes seems very far away. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend Blackbox, if only to discover all kinds of original game options on a mobile device.
