Lemur Browser is worth seeing as an alternative mobile browser, Available for both Android and iOS.
Looking for an alternative mobile browser? Then Lemur Browser is worth seeing. The leaf program is available for both Android and iOS. The makers themselves pay a lot of attention to the fact that the browser also offers support for existing extensions of Chrome and Edge. This is technically possible because the Chinese browser is based on the Chromium Kernel. You can maintain and update the extensions through a central location.
The first time you install and start the browser, an overview of available extensions appears. The makers have also made a short tour. The user interface is minimalist and there seems to be not much attention to its design. Furthermore, it is nice to see that a large part of the app is available in Dutch, but it is a pity that other parts are only shown in English. The browser also supports the dark mode and you can go directly from the browser environment to the extensions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
The app encourages a user account, but you do not need it to be able to use full functionality.
