The Galaxy Ring is a smart ring that is designed to monitor your general health in an unobtrusive way. The approximately 0.7 cm high ring weighs between 2.3 and 3 grams and you put around your left forecast. It is available in 3 colors: Titanium Black, Titanium Silver and Titanium Gold and has (therefore) a titanium frame. As a result, it is scratch and bump resistant and also water resistant, so that you can swim with it and also simply take it in the shower. It has smart sensors and accurate tracking functions, so that you can monitor your health and well -being by, among other things, measuring heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep quality and stress levels. This data is in real time Synchronized with the Samsung Health app, so that you always have access to your personal health insights.
It is nice here that you do not have to take out a subscription to view this data, as is often the case with the competition. That is also allowed, because the ring is not cheap. Also nice is that you don’t have to charge the ring every day, but it certainly ‘lasts’ for several days.
In practice tracks The ring accurately your heart rate, stress level and sleep and you don’t have to keep a smartwatch for this, because not everyone does that before bed. Incidentally, the app and therefore the ring does not work with iOS.
All in all I think this is a great one wearable Which I can recommend, although the suggested retail price is on the high side.
