The Galaxy Ring is a smart ring that is designed to monitor your general health in an unobtrusive way

After the launch of De Standaard, PLUS and Ultra versions of the Galaxy S24, Samsung introduced the Fan Edition variant (FE). This version is designed based on feedback from users (fans) and offers a mix of high-end functions of the flagships at a more favorable price. This time, however, there is no lower suggested retail price compared to the standard S24, which makes us curious about the differences.
When the phone is unpacked, the larger size (7.7 x 16.2 x 0.8 cm) and the weight of 214 grams stand out. With 6.7 inches, the screen is larger than the 6.2 inch of the standard version, and the weight is 46 grams more. The resolution and refresh speed are identical: both models have a Dynamic Amoled 2x screen with 2340 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The memory and storage capacity are also the same, with 8GB RAM and options for 128GB or 256GB storage.
The Samsung Exynos 2400E processor is slightly slower, but hardly noticeable. The battery capacity is 4700 mAh, considerably more than the 4000 mAh with the standard version. Despite the larger battery, the battery life is almost the same, because this processor is slightly less energy efficient. The cameras differ in the telephoto lens and the selfie camera, which offer slightly fewer pixels.
The differences are therefore marginal, with the larger screen size and the higher weight as the most important changes.
