The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen offers high performance and efficient battery use. 8 GB of RAM is enough for standard use; our model has 128GB of storage memory while 256 or 512GB is also available, but there is no option for an SD card. We find the fast fingerprint scanner on the side.
The 12MP main and widescreen camera and the 10MP selfie camera at the front give excellent results as we know from the higher class Samsung cameras: beautiful clear images that approach reality. You can also use the front screen for selfies with the main camera.
The battery with 3700mAh means daily charging and with 25W it takes just under an hour and a half from empty to full charge (wireless charging is also possible).
The dimensions are unfolded 72 x 165 x 7 mm and folded 72 x 85 x 17 mm and that with 188 grams. The phone therefore fits perfectly in a pocket or small bag. The beautiful screen stands out when opened and has a great 6.7” amoled screen panel in two parts with a resolution of 2460 x 1080. When closed, there is a handy 1.9 inch info screen with standard time display and battery charge and it offers more possibilities.
Android 12 comes with Samsung’s excellent update policy.
The Flip4 is a special phone, partly thanks to the improvements, but also the fun and handy design, a real gadget!
