For years, a smartwatch has been more than a gadget. You can pay with it, read WhatsApp messages, it keeps track of your steps and it is packed with other useful apps. Many manufacturers are putting a lot of effort into turning your smart watch into a ‘health watch’, but not all measurements are still equally reliable. However, these health apps can give you insight and advice.
