Curious about your listening behavior on Spotify? The music service keeps track of a considerable amount of statistics – whether or not in the background. Stats.fm makes a large part of this data transparent in an accessible way.
The makers have paid a lot of attention to the design: the statistics look inviting. You can also make your statistics public so that others can see your personal dashboard with listening data. It’s funny that you can compare the statistics this way.
Various statistics are kept. First of all, the app provides insight into your personal top songs, artists, albums and genres. You can also see at which times you listen and how many minutes you have streamed the music. The app also keeps track of which genre of music you listen to. If you want to know more about the statistics within a specific genre or album, click through for a more extensive dashboard with the specific statistics.
You can use the app for free, but for full functionality you have to rely on the paid version. This gives you access to historical listening data, among other things, making the app even more interesting. If you want to view past information, you can import your local Spotify user data.
