Rolls-Royce appoints Anders Warming as Design Director

Rolls-Royce has a new design boss. The Dane Anders Warming may fulfill the illustrious role of Director of Design for the noble British brand and thus returns to BMW.

Warming (48) is certainly no stranger to BMW, which of course also includes Rolls-Royce. Warming worked in different positions for BMW and Mini from 2005, but decided to try his luck in 2016 with the reborn Borgward.

Now he is back on the old nest, but not for the first job. As Director of Design, Warming will be responsible for Rolls-Royce’s design strategy from 1 July. He gets the part in exciting times, because Rolls-Royce also wants to electrify. Major design changes are then inevitable. Warming may therefore reinvent the illustrious brand in a certain way, although the history is probably not completely pushed aside.
