A major software update is available for S20 FE users. The device now works with One UI 4.1 and can thus use smart widgets and also virtually expand the working memory. This is new with the update.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE One UI 4.1
The Galaxy S22 series recently hit the market with a new version of Samsung’s One UI software shell. Samsung is now also updating all its other phones and now it is the turn of the Galaxy S20 FE, a reader from Androidworld reports. The update takes up 1255 MB and comes with the March 2022 security update.
The Samsung One UI 4.1 update is not as big as the 4.0 version based on Android 12. However, this release comes with a number of interesting improvements, including expanding the working memory and new Smart widgets.
There is also the option to increase the brightness of your screen thanks to the Extra brightness function. The Pro mode of the camera app has also been improved, as you can now use it with all lenses of the S20 FE. The update will appear in a notification on your Galaxy S20 FE. If you do not see these appear immediately, you can also manually search for new software versions.
