Folding Z Fold Series
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series is one of the two foldable series from Samsung and now consists of three devices. Camera is being improved
One of the ‘problems’ that the Z Fold series had compared to the S devices was the cameras. These were far from bad, but not as good as the S-series ones. According to an new report from GalaxyClub, the Z Fold 4 gets a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This will have to be the same telephoto camera as can be found in the S22(+). In addition, the device will most likely also take over the main camera of these devices. This will be a 50 MP main camera with OIS.
New hinge
In addition to a new camera setup, the Z Fold 4 is rumored to also have a new hinge. TheGalox_ claims that Samsung is working on a completely new hinge. This hinge will have a newly designed mechanism that works via one hinge. The current mechanism works with two hinges. According to TheGalox_, this should result in a lighter and more durable design. One hinge weighs less than two hinges, and less can break. In addition, if the hinge should break, the Z Fold 4 should be easier to repair.
