Important: It is best to use organic quality ingredients to prepare sea buckthorn tea. This means you can be sure that the food was produced and grown without the use of chemical-synthetic pesticides.
Sea buckthorn is also a fairly undemanding plant that you can easily grow in your own garden. You can use the berries not only for delicious sea buckthorn tea, but also for sea buckthorn jam or sea buckthorn juice.
