Small update for Renault Scénic

Renault has given the Scénic and the larger seven-seater Grand Scenic a small update. However, the new MPVs are tackled with a velvet glove in terms of appearance. There are also minor innovations on a technical level.

Renault is doing fine this year. The Megane was facelifted, the Talisman was sharpened and the Espace was also examined. Although they are all completely different models, the facelifts are similar on one level: they are all wafer-thin on the optical level. Without paying any digital attention to it, Renault has now launched the Scénic and Grand Scénic into the world in marginally renewed form.

What the update entails? As said, not too much. The Scénics will be available with a grille that – just like the renewed Mégane – is now made up of new elements. Renault also gives its MPVs new inserts around the fog lamps and a slightly differently filled in air grille in the bumper. In any case, the standard equipment is also being tightened up in France. For example, the Zen version, the version that is not available in the Netherlands and which is considered an entry-level model in France, is now equipped with Led Pure Vision viewers. The observant Scénic fans may see that the conventional roof antenna on the Scénic has been replaced by a more compact ‘shark fin’ model. In France it is available from the SL version, which we also do not know in the Netherlands, but which is comparable to our Limited version. Renault also brings new 20-inch large light alloy and the new paint colors Topaz Blue and Vintage Red to the Scénics. The striking Honey Yellow color with which the Scénic initially debuted has been deleted. The infotainment system, with a maximum 8.7-inch display, can handle things like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Information regarding the Dutch market will follow soon.
