Spyros Panopoulos comes with 3,000 horsepower ‘Chaos’

Spyros Panopoulos, we can imagine that a bell will not ring immediately, comes with its own hypercar. Under the name ‘Chaos’, the Greek motorsport engineer develops a fairly powerful tear monster.

With a whole series of teaser photos, Panopoulos looks ahead to the Chaos. The majority of those photos show parts of the production, but on a number of photos we already see the car itself partly. We take a break from that. Although the details are cleverly hidden, it is clear that we are dealing with a low and aggressively designed car, with undoubtedly the necessary similarities with other hypercars. The range of hypercars from some obscure brands is starting to bulge.

Panopoulos, who as a tuner earned his spurs in various motorsport branches, has managed to find considerable limits in terms of engine power over the years. With his company Extreme Tuners he regularly surprises with absurdly strong blocks. He is said to have a world record in his hands by getting 1,550 horsepower out of 1,000 cc. He also screwed a self-developed 1.8 four-cylinder into a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, which could deliver 2,880 hp at an absurd 14,100 rpm. In the video below we see another bizarre Lancer from Panopoulos in action.

Panopoulos has also applied that experience to the Chaos. On his website, the 41-year-old reports that the hypercar gets its power from a biturbo 4.0-liter V10 that also borders on the insane. At 11,000 rpm, that block must deliver 2,000 horsepower. Anyone who kicks in the gas further, according to Panopoulos, achieves 3,000 hp at 12,000 rpm. That violence goes through an eight-speed automatic transmission to all four wheels. Panopoulos speaks of a 0-100 time of 1.9 seconds and a top speed of over 500 km / h. We are curious.
