Stand up paddling has become a very popular water sport. You can do it alone or together with friend: exercise inside. A board is usually designed for one person. Since you have a moderate speed with stand-up paddling, you can get along with friends on other boards without any problems to chat.

    Stand-up paddling is possible in some regions and on some bodies of water forbidden. Reasons can be safety (e.g. currents, proximity to locks), bird and nature protection or private property. So don’t just set off with your SUP board, but rather inquire in advance according to regional restrictions.
