Stellantis will reform dealer network

Stellantis is planning a major change in the distribution network of its various brands. The brands are brought together under one roof. That probably means that you will be able to go to one dealer for many Stellantis brands in the near future.

Now that Groupe PSA and Fiat Chrysler have merged into Stellantis, there is in one fell swoop a huge dealer and service center network of many different brands under one concern. Stellantis announces that it wants to streamline this more in the coming years. That probably means that brand dealers will disappear and others will get a much broader portfolio. From 2023 onwards you will probably encounter more and more dealerships where you can go for Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, Jeep and Alfa Romeo.

Stellantis states that the current contracts with sales and service points will be terminated with due observance of a two-year notice period and that a new distribution network will then be selected. It indicates that it will discuss this with representatives of the dealers to explain what the plans look like.
