I am 64 years old. I live in belgium.
Suppose I fly to a certain part of the world where there is a time difference of 11 hours or more. Am I physically older or younger when I get there?
Answer
Dear Louis,
even though many people would like to see it differently, you only get older physically. You can of course fly against the sun or with the sun. As a result, at the place of arrival, it will be 11am (the normal time difference) + (or -) your flight time later or earlier than when you took off, but you will age as much as your flight lasts.

For my position I am in charge of a group of engineers who maintain production equipment. It is mainly with my ready knowledge (education, interests, …) that I could answer questions.
